At Astrologiq.ai ("Astrologiq," "we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to delivering accurate, personalized, and high-quality digital astrology services. We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to request a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions, timelines, and process for obtaining a refund for purchases made through our platform.

By making a purchase on Astrologiq.ai, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility Window: You may request a refund within seven (7) calendar days from the date of purchase or service delivery, whichever is later.
  • Digital Services Covered: This policy applies to all paid services offered on Astrologiq.ai, including subscription plans, Kundli reports, consultation sessions, compatibility reports, and Muhurta analysis.
  • Technical Non-Delivery: If a purchased report or service fails to generate due to a technical issue on our platform, you are entitled to a full refund if reported within 14 days of purchase.
  • Duplicate Charges: Accidental duplicate or overcharges will be refunded in full immediately upon verification.

⚠️ 3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Requests made after the 7-day eligibility window has expired.
  • Services that have been fully consumed, downloaded, or utilized in their entirety (e.g. Kundli reports generated and downloaded).
  • Partial consumption of a subscription period — refunds for subscription plans are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion only.
  • Change of mind after the service has been delivered and accessed.
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal interpretation of astrological content, as all insights are provided for informational and spiritual guidance purposes.

💳4. Refund Mode & Processing Timeline

  • Refund Mode: Refunds will be processed directly to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI).
  • Processing Time: Once approved, the refund amount will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's processing cycles.
  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated from our end.
