Cancellation Policy

📄 1. Overview

This Cancellation Policy governs the terms under which users of Astrologiq.ai may cancel their subscription plans, one-time service bookings, or consultation sessions. We strive to make the cancellation process as transparent and straightforward as possible.

By completing a purchase or booking on our platform, you agree to the cancellation terms outlined below.

⏱️2. Cancellation Window & Eligibility

2.1 Subscription Plans (Monthly / Quarterly / Annual)

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time during the billing cycle.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to all paid features until the end of that period.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours of the initial purchase or renewal, you may be eligible for a full refund of that billing cycle. Refund requests beyond 24 hours will be evaluated on a pro-rata basis.

2.2 One-Time Services (Kundli Reports, Synastry Analysis, Muhurta Consultation)

  • You may cancel a one-time service booking within 24 hours of purchase, provided the service has not yet been delivered or generated.
  • Once the digital report has been generated and made available for download or viewing, the service is considered delivered and cancellation is no longer available.

2.3 Live Consultation Sessions

  • Live consultation sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 4 hours before the scheduled start time without any penalty.
  • Cancellations made within 4 hours of the session or no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

🔄 3. How to Initiate a Cancellation

Users may initiate a cancellation through any of the following methods:

Method 1: Self-Service via Dashboard (Recommended)

  1. Log in to your Astrologiq.ai account.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Subscription.
  3. Click on "Cancel Subscription" or "Cancel Service".
  4. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation.
  5. You will receive an email confirmation with your cancellation reference ID.

Method 2: Email Support

  1. Send an email to support@astrologiq.ai from your registered email address.
  2. Use the subject line: "Cancellation Request — [Order ID / Subscription ID]".
  3. Include your full name, registered email, and the service you wish to cancel.
  4. Our support team will process your request within 24–48 business hours.

📦 4. Post-Cancellation Effects

  • Upon cancellation of a subscription, your access to premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, your account will revert to the Free Tier.
  • Any data, reports, or journal entries generated during your subscription period will remain accessible in your account. We do not delete user data upon cancellation.
  • You may re-subscribe at any time. Reactivation is instant, and you will regain access to all premium features immediately.
  • Cancellation of a one-time service booking will halt the generation/delivery of the service.

📝 5. Policy Amendments

Astrologiq.ai reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
